I always tell my students and clients, my hope for you as your educator or doula is that you have the kind of birth you remember in a positive way. No matter what that is. It’s true, but at the same time, I just LOVE to see them have the kind of birth they hoped and planned for. I have to say, SO SO MANY of my clients in the last year had exactly that. A birth that had all or most of the components that they REALLY wanted. It’s not always that way, so I am sitting here in thankfulness of this year of woman birthing in the way they wanted to!
