A Glorious Covid Birth!

Today was my first time at a birth since Covid started. It was amazing and glorious. It’s a very rare occasion that a mom gets EVERYTHING she hoped for at her birth. It was such a gift for me to be able to be there. I cried like a baby when the sweet babe was born. I missed it so much. Being on call is so hard. Losing a night’s sleep in the middle of an already super crazy week is hard. But it’s totally worth it. I LOVE Births and birthing families.
